Your challenge is to commit to practicing yoga 4 times a week over a 6 week period. The goal of your challenge is to establish a regular and sustainable Bikram Yoga practice that will promote healthy changes to your physical and emotional well-being.
YOGA PASSES TO BE WON
As a further incentive to finish your challenge, those challengers who are able to successfully complete their challenge will go into a draw. Six names will be drawn and each student will receive a Two Month Unlimited Yoga Pass.
