Immerse yourself in a full week of therapeutic 90 minute Bikram Hot Yoga, lead by Susan and Michael Houghton and special guest teacher Sarah Madden.
We have planned your perfect yoga holiday for you, with an event-filled week of yoga, workshops, fine dining, sightseeing, massages, Balinese culture, fresh fruit and coconuts daily, and you will even have some time to yourself!
After 15 years of practice and teaching we know that conducting a regular 90-minute practice will bring physical, mental and emotional healing to people of all ages and states of health.

Sarah has extensive teaching, coaching, mentoring and lecturing experience. With a professional background in anatomy and physiology she brings a focus on the physical aspects of practice including correct technique and the importance of alignment.

The Bali Spirit Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the Ubud Yoga Centre. The Bali Spirit Hotel & Spa has been designed to offer guests luxurious accommodations in a tranquil environment. Wake up to the sound and views of the rainforest every morning. In between activities you may lounge by the pool or head into central Ubud to sample the many shopping and culinary delights.

We will then contact you to advise your booking has been received and arrange a minimum deposit payment of $500. We accept all major Credit Cards and Debit Cards, Funds Transfer or payment at reception at Bikram Yoga Fitzroy. Full payment must be received within 3 weeks of booking. Once full payment is received, your booking will be confirmed.
Q: Are all the items on the list inclusive?
Q: Do I need to be an experienced Bikram Yoga student?
A: No, our immersion is for all levels. This is a chance to really get to know yourself and your practice.
Q: Do I need insurance?
A: We highly recommend travel insurance.
Q: What about meals?
A: We are organising some amazing culinary experiences for you, whether you are a vegan, vegetarian or omnivore. There are also free nights where you can choose your own dining experience.
Q: What's the weather like in May?
A: Hot, but heading into the dry season when things start to cool down a bit. Ubud is generally cooler than the beach areas of Bali due to its elevation.
Q: Will I have time to do my own activities?
A: You can include yourself in everything or you can sit by the pool for a week, It's up to you.
Q: Is there shopping in Ubud?
A: Abundantly so.
Q: Should I bring my own yoga mat?
A: Yoga mats and towels are provided. You can bring your own if you want to.
Q: What clothes should I bring?
A: Same clothes you would wear in the middle of summer.
Q: Do I need vaccinations?
A: Please consult with your local GP.
Q: I am booking for myself but want a shared room?
A: Please note your preferences in the Questions/comments on the booking form. We will pair the same gender for shared rooms.
Q: What are the bedding arrangements for shared rooms?
A: One king size bed for couples, two large single beds for friends. Please note your preferences in the Questions/comments/... on the booking form.
