BIKRAM YOGA + OTHER THERAPIES SUPPORTS OPTIMAL WELLBEING
Lesson #1:
Your wellbeing is always in a state of flux, and through your lifetime, your health is not a constant.
You may feel well today, but tomorrow your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing may worsen, if not managed properly.
There will be times when you will need outside intervention, for example chiropractic, or general medicine, which are both “passive” therapies, meaning you receive the therapy from another person.
Yoga, on the other hand, is an “active” therapy, meaning you conduct the therapy yourself through your personal practice.
Generally, a combination of Active, and Passive therapies is needed to best manage your wellbeing.
Lesson #2:
Remain consistent with the therapies you find work best for you.
I have been a chiropractic patient for over 50 years, and a yoga student for over 20 years. I have practiced as a chiropractor for over 30 years, and taught yoga nearly 20 years.
A periodic chiropractic check-up, combined with a regular yoga practice, will help support your optimal potential of physical, mental and emotional well-being.
